Shipping policy

Shipping
All shipments are dispatched only after receipt of payment by us and shipments are at buyers risks and cost.  If an item is not in stock upon receipt of an order, you the customer will be notified by email. Fencing Forge will determine if a partial shipment of items in stock will be made, or items held until all items are available for a single shipment.

Shipping times displayed are nominal and typical for a broad area of Canada, however, shipments to the Atlantic provinces, Nunavut and the Yukon typically take longer and this is outside of our control.  Fencing Forge cannot be held liable for delays caused by the shipper for any reason.  While Fencing Forge endeavours to meet shipping preferences of customers, Fencing Forge cannot be held responsible for a delivery not meeting a specific delivery date for the customer.

We ship to any address in Canada or the United States. Outside of Canada or the United States, please contact us before ordering.  Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Packing
To be environment friendly, we re-use shipping materials whenever possible, and we recycle what we do not re-use.  We encourage our customers to do the same.

Cost
The weight of your order is automatically calculated and the shipping charge is worked out based on your delivery destination. The shipping cost is added to your order at the time of check out .
